CONTEXT / INTRODUCTION
As part of the Services business, a Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) must be set up to support operational activities.
In most of the cases, the MMIS is the internal solution named GSI / SES which has dedicated modules for Maintenance & integration with Supply Chain (Stock Management, Procurement, .
and Finance processes.
The market is moving. More & more, tenders asked to implement market MMIS such as Maximo. In some contracts, Alstom is asked to leave an MMIS system at the end of the maintenance execution.
In others, Alstom can be part of a Consortium or a Joint Venture, where a specific MMIS can be implemented.
Therefore, Alstom is being asked to implement hybrid solutions generally based on Maximo & interfacing with GSI / SES with a strong focus on data protection.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
With Industrial Operations, this job is part of the Management System organization, located in Saint-Ouen Headquarter France.
Directly reporting to Warranty & Service Method & Process integration, the MMIS E2E Manager will be in charge of the functional integration for MMIS related topics.
From an operational point of view, you will support the implementation of the processes, solutions & interfaces ensuring that core processes / guidelines are respected.
Based on this return of experience, you will functionally lead the implementation of the core external MMIS solution integrated with current processes & GSI system.
At any stage, you will be able to formalize & communicate on processes.
You will interact with a number of stakeholders including operations, tenders team, central business process owners (BPOs), IST & external IT providers.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Below a description of the first missions to be carried out by the candidate.
A - Support current MMIS / GSI interfaces implementation
On a number of projects (Riyadh & Australia), Alstom is implementing interface solution between GSI / SES and external MMIS, you will be in charge of the following activities :
From the different rollouts, you will produce a synthesis including impacts on the data sharing policy, compliancy with core processes (Services, Supply Chain, others, ) and associated risks.
A communication kit will need to be produced for tenders team to present the various options & identify risks.
B - Alstom MMIS specification & integration
You will be in charge of the following activities :
