We are expanding our team in Paris!

We are looking for a highly motivated, rigorous and committed analyst who is fluent in French and English to join the Institutional Investors Team in charge of the management of October’s debt funds.

Your role on the team

As part of the Institutional Investor Relations team, you will be a privileged contact to our community of investors, prospects, partners (auditors, custodian, accounting and administrative agent) as well as regulators.

You will participate in the management, structuring and marketing of October debt funds with nearly €800 million raised to date from top tier investors including the European Investment Fund, BpiFrance, CNP Assurances, Instituto de Crédito Oficial, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Zencap AM, Allianz, and Groupama.

The funds are managed by October Factory, an AIFM management company regulated by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the October group.

Your main tasks will be to :

  • Participate in the management of October debt funds in collaboration with our partners (periodic reporting, valuation, regulatory reporting, SFDR / Taxonomy reporting) in line with the applicable regulations including the AIFM regulation
  • Proactively improve the team’s data management system and templates targeting maximum systematisation / automation of the production of key documents and reports through a variety of tools (Excel, SQL, VBA)
  • Liaise with internal teams, in particular Operations and Data teams, to ensure smooth integration, updates and management of key data within the October database including financial and extra-financial data, funds key performance indicators, track record
  • Contribute to the preparation of dedicated reports for investors and regulators on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis
  • Knowledge and skills

  • 5 years of higher education in Management / Finance / Business or Engineering School
  • 1 or 2 years experience in a management company, bank, audit / consulting
  • Experience in financial control / fund management in the industry is a plus, experience in securitisation / debt funds (OT, SFS, FPS) is the cherry on the cake
  • Ability to handle both operational and analytical / prospective tasks
  • Strong writing and verbal presentation skills in French and in English required
  • Autonomous, rigorous, determined, committed, curious
  • Identification with October's mission and values
  • Tech-lover (mastery of SQL language is a plus)
  • Mastery of analytical tools (including VBA)
