Reporting to Europe HRDirector, you are in charge of HR controlling and Compensation and benefits forKering Corporate Europe.
The HR Controlling and Compensation & Benefits Managerhas responsibility in HR key fields of activity : HR Budgeting and Cost Control,HR Reporting & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits policies andactivities.
Mission HR controlling
Preparebudgets and forecasts, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating data
Coordinate with country HR Partners
Makeand implement proposals for improvement : automation of reports, new KPI’s
Liaisingwith Finance Corporate controlling and Accounting teams in France, for budget andforcasts processes, but also on a monthly basis (reports, recharges, fiscalrequirements etc.)
ManageHR Costs reporting system and ensure consistency with finance
Ensurethe optimized use of HR tools and reporting,
Consolidate data and maintain accurate HR data
Provide HR data on request
Compensation and benefits
Analyseand propose evolutions of benefits for Kering corporate in line with globalframework at Group level and the HR shared services in the countries.
Supportannual salary reviews with HR partners and provide analysis
SupportHR Partner for Employee relations and negotiations of collective agreements(France only)
Graduatefrom Business School with a specialization in Finance
7to 10 year experience in Financial or Social Controlling and Compensation & Benefits,
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Detail-orientedand strong organizational skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Autonomyon projects and ability to take responsibility
Fluent in English
Strongethical standards and high level of discretion.
