We are urgently looking for a Sous Chef for a Passenger Expedition Vessel that would be available to start on the 01st August 2019
As Sous Chef you are responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food items to the required standard. You are responsible for maintaining safe and hygienic work practices.
Job requirements :
Starting wages : EUR 130,- gross per day (approx EUR 98,- net per day after the deductions), tip money is extra
Start : 01st of August 2019
Duration : 2 months, Long term position normal contract periods are 3-4 months
