Job Summary

  • Execute long term planning (typically 4 weeks to 18+ months or more) including forecasting and scheduling.
  • Partners closely with business stakeholders to optimize staffing capacity and service levels for multiple lines of business.
  • Execute monthly forecasting process to provide insight and recommendations to the budgeting and CAP process.
  • Essential Job Functions

  • Execute and complete ad hoc requests prompted by changes in tools, underwriting or other business need.
  • Conduct analysis to determine impacts to staffing, workflow and process.
  • Communicate delivery of results to business partners in order to drive effective solutions for schedule optimization and performance.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly review process based on collaboration with Product team.
  • Regularly interact and partner with director and senior level leadership teams to develop plans, review forecasts and provide guidance and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain business partnerships with internal groups such as vendor teams, Strategic Execution, Finance, UoF and Compliance to collaborate on observations, projects and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain long term (typically 4 weeks to 18+ months or more) workload and shrinkage forecasts based on seasonal patterns, capacity and staffing.
  • Apply complex statistical methods, translate trends and reporting to provide sound recommendations to business partners.
  • Consider historical trends company strategy and initiatives to offer alternatives and solutions in order to reach desired service levels.
  • Execute long term scheduling items on more complex changes such as shift bids and PTO balance management.
  • Partner closely with the Finance team for budgeting, creating financial forecasts, and supporting Capital Appropriations Proposals and other business cases.
  • Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and update process documents based on best practices.
  • Participate in projects as needed and serve as technical subject matter expert within working groups.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
  • Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (e.g. others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Visually verifies and reads information.
  • Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
  • Ability to operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
  • Physical Environment

  • This position operates in an open office working environment which will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
  • Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience within a Workforce Management role required.
  • 4 years contact center experience preferred.
  • 3 years demonstrated forecasting experience preferred.
