Within the Diagnostic Imaging Global Marketing Organization, the Global Product Manager, Injections Solutions & Applications will plan, develop & implement the global marketing strategy & drive initiatives for injectors & associated medical devices.
He / she participates in the conduct of product innovation, value proposition and management projects, including both strategic thinking and operational workflows.
Focus on the needs of the market and the specific requirements of customers from different regions.
He / she helps ensure the success of the products, as well as the integration into other solutions within a global offering in order to provide the highest satisfaction to the customers and an optimal experience.
The position will work closely with the Medical affairs & Digital teams, Regional Marketers, Global DI Contrast media marketing, Regions applications specialist and regulatory / compliance teams.
Downstream activities :
Create innovative downstream marketing solutions, programs and tools along with sales team needs
Develop all necessary partnership to differentiate & tailor our offerings, using internal & external resources & products
Track the performance of the products (dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, etc)
Develop awareness and familiarity with market trends, government regulatory impact and competitive influences & Perform research, voice of customers to support key projects
Build strong internal / external Stakeholders network
Plan, conduct & report customer related application projects
Design & deploy customers applications training & strategy to optimize injection in Imaging
Upstream activities :
Responsible with the team for Injection solution portfolio, work closely with D&E
Ensure customer feedbacks are included in the CRD for pilots and NPIs, transfer products & applications expertise into product roadmap definition
Develop awareness on future imaging technologies with OEMs, to make appropriate recommendations within the product roadmaps & develop partnerships
Participate to the 5 years mid-term plan, design strategy for its portfolio
Required Skills & Background
3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in medical devices (radiology, MRI...)
Experience in the clinical environment of CT and / or catheterization rooms (radiologist or advanced applications)
Experience in an international environment
Good understanding of the healthcare environment
Fluency in French desirable
