As a Global Leadership Programs Director for the Learning & Development department, you will fully contribute to deliver the project on time, to ensure coherence and consistency across (vertical and horizontal) and to manage the co-
designing teams and SME contributors.
In this regard, your main missions will be to :
Pilot the project
Coordinate all Co Designers and external advisors
Make sure the time line is respected
Organise Regional & Global Steering Committees
Alert when planning is not respected or other risks
Participate in the designing
Coordinate Digital Support
Identify all kind of Partners for Content
Negotiate with Suppliers
Make sure result will be world class and replies to operational expectations
