The Role

As a Solution Consultant at Veeva, you are a key part of any sales activity. You provide value-based demonstrations of our applications to show prospects and customers how the Veeva solutions will help them to achieve their goals.

The Solution Consultant provides the technical and functional know-how in the sales process. In addition, you help and guide customers through CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), configure and prepare solutions for additional requirements and participate in the answering of RFPs (Request for Proposals) or RFIs (Request for Information).

We will start with teaching you all of the ins and outs of our solutions, how we provide value to our customers, and how we innovate in the industry.

After your certification, you will join the Sales teams to meet with customers and prospects all over Europe (on-site and remote).

A standard demonstration to C-level teams, a deep dive with a technical engineer, or a multi-day workshop to go through the solutions in detail are all part of your day-to-day activities.

Within the Solution Consultants team, there is room to grow into senior roles, gain expertise in specific industries such as MedTech, Generics & CMOs, CROs, etc.

or become an expert in multi-functional area demonstrations.

What You'll Do

  • Identify customer needs and discover how Veeva’s solutions can deliver value to them
  • Provide compelling demonstrations to customers and prospects to convince them of how the Veeva solutions enhance their day-to-day business
  • Manage, lead, and host workshops wherein you take customers and prospects through a deep dive into their processes and how our solutions meet their requirements in detail
  • Be the functional key person throughout the sales cycle, being a trusted advisor to customers
  • Provide functional and technical input to incoming RFPs and RFIs
  • Requirements

  • Experience in a related regulatory role in the life sciences industry
  • Understanding drug development processes and supporting technologies
  • Fluent in English and in another language
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel, primarily in the EMEA region
  • Fast learner
  • Nice to Have

  • 2+ years experience in a regulatory role in the life sciences industry or relevant experience with Safety Software
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian or French
  • Pre-sales experience
  • Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications
  • Customer-facing consulting or project experience
