Job Description

Within the Ubisoft Paris Mobile studio, you will join the Marketing & Acquisition team on several mobile, live and unannounced projects.

Working closely with our various departments, you will be the main ambassador of our games to our internal and external partners by ensuring the marketability of our titles throughout their lifecycle.

You will be an essential driver of the continuous improvement of our projects and their performance in terms of acquisition and visibility.

As such, your missions will be the following :

  • Ensure the relevance of the positioning of our titles and audiences with respect to their promise, based on internal and external data (consumer studies, market analyses, trends, etc.
  • in collaboration with internal teams;
  • Build their identity based on and ensuring the relevance of key messages and associated visual elements, in collaboration with internal teams (production, creative, operational, etc.);
  • Provide ongoing feedback to teams on business and market trends to help improve our games, performance and visibility and ensure consistency with the market and players;
  • Build marketing initiatives for projects, manage the corresponding budgets and ensure their operational implementation before and after deployment with all teams involved;
  • Ensure the delivery, consistency and quality of the elements required for marketing and acquisition campaigns (Store Partners;
  • PR; Branding; Community; User Acquisition, etc.) in conjunction with our Market Art team;
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of our products, build presentation documents, contribute to their promotion as ambassador of our games in collaboration with the creative, production and operations teams;
  • Ensure a permanent competitive intelligence to help improve our games and our communication and thus feed the strategic thinking of the studio and support the teams.
  • Qualifications

  • With a first marketing experience in the entertainment industry, you have already built and implemented an ambitious marketing campaign, ideally for a mobile video game;
  • You follow the video game market, with a particular interest in mobile and free-to-play;
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as very good interpersonal skills;
  • Team spirit and collaboration are key elements in your approach to subjects;
  • You have good argumentation skills, you know how to present and support your point of view to other professionals in a constructive manner;
  • Rigorous and organized, you remain flexible in order to be able to adapt and manage exceptional situations;
  • You have a real appetite for the creation of editorial content and striking visuals and do not hesitate to question your knowledge.
