Admitted to the bar (or local nequivalent) and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law.Minimum nof 6 years of post-qualifying experience leading complex ntechnology transactions including drafting and negotiating of client / vendor cloud ncomputing arrangements, software-as-a-service, IP and data licensing and / or development nagreements.

Experience nadvising product engineering and commercial teams on how to bring new offerings nto market in a legally compliant and strategic manner.

Strong nunderstanding of Intellectual Property commercial and transactional issues. n n n nPreferred QualificationsKnowledge nof software product development issues, including third party components, nintegrations and open source issues.

Strong nskills in structuring and negotiating software, cloud computing and software as na service deals. Both supplier and customer sides preferred.

Understanding nor willingness to learn applicable regulatory landscapes as required for nofferings.Awareness nof data protection and privacy laws and their interplay with product development nand deployment.

Experience nlearning new technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, edge ncomputing, IOT, extended reality, robotics, or blockchain.

Experience nwith hardware development and product liability helpful but not required. n n n nProfessional Skill RequirementsInterest nin learning new cutting-edge technologies.
