This role will be based in Argenteuil (North of Paris, France) and will move to Crépy-en-Valois in 2020. We can only consider candidates based in the EU and authorized to work in France.

Define and have recorded meta-rules for taking into account the General Safety of the product and the expectations at the project milestones, in consultation with the departments concerned.
Position the company in the context of General Product Safety and inform it of developments. Contribute to the development of "safe" products within FMEE D1
Integrate the General Product Safety meta rules through the definition, implementation or complement of processes, methodologies and tools.
Assist, as necessary, the various business lines in taking into account safety requirements in standards and in the context of developments.
Ensure and validate the response of the SGP / SdF expectations defined at the milestones for projects under development, in connection with the ISO 25119 standard, as Safety Manager
Contribute to the rise and maintenance of the level of competence of targeted actors in the approaches and tools with regard to Product Safety (SGP) and Operational Safety (SdF) aspects
Identify the need to update / create business standards, based on feedback on the safety aspects observed.
Participate in the implementation of risk assessment : assess and evaluate potentially safe risks for decision support on corrective measures to be taken.
Represent Kubota on Product Safety / Operational Safety aspects : in regulatory bodies, business clubs, inter-construction work,...
Skills required :
Knowledge and practice of operational safety tools (Functional analysis, Preliminary Risk Analysis, FMECA, Failure Tree, etc.)
Knowledge of the regulatory texts on Product Safety, Machinery Directive and standards relating to the safety management of agricultural tractors, including ISO 25119 (on functional safety)
Elaboration / Evaluation of security files
