Sustainability and Maintenance Officer - CDI
Maintenance is a key to improve our Store Concept and ensure a high level of Retail Experience. The officer will develop a multiple approach including design & construction, sustainability, finance, technology, digital and retail operations.
He creates links between the different markets to share best practices and strategies. Reporting to the International Construction Coordination Manager, your mission will be as follow :
Ensure constant quality of clients’ comfort and perfect state of the boutiques
Take into consideration the specificity of each boutique
Define worldwide action plan and tools to ease the maintenance management. Test & learn with pilot’s boutiques
Develop and accelerate the environmental approach (ensure the boutiques life cycle’s quality)
Establish a technical guideline, share and train SDP teams
Accompany digital needs (customer experience & boutique’s technology). Develop a digital guideline
Strive for maintenance expenses’ optimization
Partner with regional SDP teams & local retail operations. Strive for excellence by sharing best practices and enhance competencies by supporting local team
Work hand in hand with design and transversal teams
Streamline the facility managers’ network. Support the regions to challenge the suppliers
Report to management. Organize the visibility worldwide of the boutiques’ status (quality & budgetwise)
Travel internationally to meet the Regional SDP maintenance officer to assess the correct
Maintenance strategy and co design the ideal strategy based on the local constraints.
You must have 5 years of planning and / or construction facilities management background with project management.
