Job description

We are currently on the hunt for some superstar GOs in our Club Med resort in Asia (not in Australia).

Your Mission

  • Coordinate all hotel services of our holiday resort : reception, catering, housekeeping and Club Med business
  • Responsibility of economic and qualitative results
  • Manage a team of managers
  • Guarantee the quality of services, the respect of hygiene and safety regulations and the application of Club Med procedures
  • Be client orientated to answer to their needs and expectations
  • Responsible for the integration of your team members within the village’s team and for their professional development
  • Your Profile

  • Availability and international mobility from 12 months minimum
  • Diploma in international travel industry / catering preferred
  • 2 to 3 years experience as Department / Service manager at 4 or 5 stars resort / hotel
  • Solid experience at F&B or costumer services is an advantage
  • Fluent in English with knowlegde of other language is a plus
