We are looking for a product coordinator with a passion for customer experience, driving adoption through the entire product lifecycle.

The product coordinator will work across the internal product, documentation, customer communication and analytics teams.

Responsibilities and duties

The product coordinator will :

  • Help customers coordinate product communications, adoption and end of life both internally and externally;
  • Regularly provide interactive enablement sessions (enhanced expertise) for customer facing and Documentation teams;
  • Help set up co-creation projects with customers;
  • Work as part of a team to gather information related to customer requirements. Correctly identify target markets and the gaps in customers expectations;
  • Assist with organising and presenting customer product workshops and events;
  • Ensure the Customer Success Team can demonstrate the voice of the customer through the product by structuring customer messages;
  • Create impactful customer relationships. This role will also involve including the customer's voice in the product process;
  • Measure success and develop ways to constantly define and monitor success;
  • Assist with the creation of satisfaction surveys;
  • Manage communications on our community (customer groups, forum, product ideas);
  • Contribute to articles published on our Help Centre;
  • Provide a product overview to new developers joining the company;
  • Assess and coordinate focus groups to help product teams meet or exceed customer requirements on existing features;
  • Assist in new product developments and enhancements based on the feedback and ideas pushed by our customers on the Talentsoft community.


  • Strong organisational skills, project management, written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to lead and work independently;
  • Leadership, time management, customer awareness, teamwork;
  • Problem-solving and results-driven;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a product team role and a passion for customer assistance.
