As part of the Strategy team, you will work directly with BlaBlaCar’s executives to support their strategic decision-making.
This means you will impact the direction BlaBlaCar is taking for the years to come !
Define Strategy for our Company
Communicate this strategy to our Board of Directors and Investors
Define the M&A strategy (and execution)
Optimize resource allocation between our Countries, Business Lines, R&D, Marketing
Challenge and monitor our Key Performance Indicators
Build a strong understanding of our marketplace dynamics and its evolution over time through data analysis
Lead ad-hoc cross functional analyses for our C-level
5-8 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. consulting firms, investment banking, private equity, strategy department of a large organization)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and outside the box
Proficiency in SQL would be a plus - Willingness to learn is a must!
You have a high level of autonomy and are proactive
You have excellent communication skills (experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly), you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
You have a results-driven, impact-oriented mindset and are detail-oriented
Fluency in English
Nice to have : Experience in a online tech company
