With focus on agricultural tractor engineering and research activities, our mission is to expand Kubota's presence in this key market in order to rapidly develop and commercialize products that meet the local needs.
Within the R&D Front End team, we are actively searching for a Designer to work on projects for tractor R&D Center.
Responsible of the QCT of the design and integration of the front axles and front suspension kinematics and components from concept to production
Realize a functional analysis and product specification
Support to make Design and Drawing by CAD system
Manage the drawing release
Check the BOM into the PLM software
Define test requests with validation team - Ensure the follow up of validation test
Ensure the Mass Production follow up
Create and use Kubota Standard
Drawers technical management
Manage the road Map of his component(s)
Manage technically suppliers
Manage the documentation to justify the design of theirs components including safety and homologation requirements
Skills required :
Pre-dimensioning knowledge (Mechanics / Plastics / Rubber)
Clear understanding of vehicle dynamics
Clear understanding of driveline concepts
Clear understanding of Kinematic systems
Design expert (Mechanics / Plastics / Cinematic)
Knowledge of manufacturing process (Mechanics / Plastics / Casting)
Knowledge in tractor regulation & safety
CAD Software (CATIA)
PLM Software (ENOVIA)
At least 3 years experience in agricultural or automotive industry, ideally in drivelines
