We are looking for a Supply ChainEMEA controller to join our Controlling Europe department on a fixed 12-monthcontract.
Acting as a business partner formanagers from the various Supply Chain EMEA departments, you will provide themwith reliable financial information to help them manage their areas ofactivity.
Your main missions will be to :
Carry out tasksfor the closing of monthly accounts for Groupe SEB Export and storageplatforms, working alongside the accounts department (calculation of reserves,accounting entries, monitoring expenses, etc.).
Produce monthlybusiness activity reports with platform managers and export services (update ofbusiness reports) to manage logistics services.
Work alongsidethe Analytics SSC to perform tasks involved in drawing up budgets and forecastsfor the company GS Export, storage platforms and the demand managementdepartment.
Prepare budget / forecast presentations for the Supply Chain EMEA division.
Ensure themaintenance and consistency of the structure of cost centres and GS Export.
Make statutorydeclarations (INSEE, Eco-Emballages, Eco-systèmes) for the Groupe SEB Exportunit.
Be the maincontact person for GS Export operational teams for Controlling / Financesubjects (calculation of transfer pricing, group finance projects, allocationto cost centres, etc.).
Having completed your highereducation in finance / controlling / accounting, to masters level orequivalent, you have at least five years’ experience working as a managementcontroller.
You are an expert in using officesoftware (especially Excel) and FI / CO and BW modules in SAP. You are able toextract and analyse large volumes of data in various reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, discipline, organisationand proactiveness are also essential qualities for this position.
You are able to manage priorities and are responsive.
You speak fluent English. The position will require occasionaltravel in France (driving licence required).
