Purpose Statement :
The core objective of this role is to provide general organizational support as well as project support to the EDUCARE Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive and support EDUCARE content development and online communication activities.
In collaboration with Divisional Training Managers :
Coordinate the editorial calendar including planning and channel specific promotional activities, in alignment with Divisional priorities.
Confirm content published by Divisions is approved and up to date
Manage users including the setting up and qualification of contact
Support identifying solution design and functionality requirements,
In collaboration with the IT team, ensure stability and security of the portal
In collaboration with the EMEA Communication team, build the EDUCARE brand : manage online promotional and communication activities around Educare Digital platform and EDUCARE Center of Excellence
Monitor the Learning Management System.
Take care of operational performance of the Learning Management System daily as well as establish the connection between the technical support and Training Managers
Provide appropriate access to users based on the profile
Make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors and connect with IT to fix.
Be a super user of LMS and be able to train our champions
EDUCARE & other Digital platforms KPIs and metrics report.
Identify trends and insights, and report back to the CoE
Proactively monitor and analyse competition’s on-line presence
Assist with reports and data extraction when needed
Daily monitor correct platform functioning and connect with IT to fix any stability and security issue
Develop and maintain strong relationships and serve as liaison between the COE and Divisional Medical Education teams
Communicate proactively to all stakeholders, managing expectations, timelines and logistics
Position self as a go to person within the Center of Excellence team for consultation
Profile Requirements :
Experience in project management ideally with within the digital enviroment
Knowledge of office procedures and billing
Ability to work virtually
Fluency in English, other languages would be a plus
Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
