The Opportunity :
Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of major accounts and build relationships with executives and other stakeholder at all levels throughout the customers organization, including the head and branch offices.
The SAM should focus on relationships with contacts working in cross-territorial and international roles as well as relevant local management.

Experience in the Rental / OEM / Transportation, consulting or account management would be an asset.
Strong communication skills (oral & written) in English & French, especially when it comes to listening.
Strong presentation, strategic thinking, negotiation and closing skills.
A natural ability at building authentic customer relations with all levels of management.
A head for numbers, and the ability to make sound decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Be able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment.
Ability to work within a virtual corporate culture work with remote employees.
This job will require you to :
Represent Ritchie Bros. at professional groups and trade shows.
Be flexible to travel 2-3 nights per week to cover the territory.
