We are looking for an experienced and ambitious 2nd-line Manager (Sr Regional Vice President), with great energy, leadership, and initiative, to inspire team performance and sales for our Commercial organisation in France.
The role will report to our AVP / Head of Commercial for France.
The Sr RVP will formulate and execute a Sales strategy to maximize business growth. This role works in partnership and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Alliances and Services, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is essential.
The Sr RVP will manage a team of Regional Sales Directors / Regional Vice Presidents who lead Account Executives, working with new and existing General Business customers.
The Sr RVP is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organisational quotas.
Aligning to the sales strategy, the Sr RVP defines and implements plans for their teams to achieve sales objectives and maintain year on year growth.
