An opportunity exists in our Commercial Sales organisation for a proven sales leader looking to further their career in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious 2nd-line Manager (Sr Regional Vice President), with great energy, leadership, and initiative, to inspire team performance and sales for our Commercial organisation in France.

The role will report to our AVP / Head of Commercial for France.

The Sr RVP will formulate and execute a Sales strategy to maximize business growth. This role works in partnership and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Alliances and Services, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is essential.

The Sr RVP will manage a team of Regional Sales Directors / Regional Vice Presidents who lead Account Executives, working with new and existing General Business customers.

The Sr RVP is fully responsible for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organisational quotas.

Aligning to the sales strategy, the Sr RVP defines and implements plans for their teams to achieve sales objectives and maintain year on year growth.

The candidate will be a high impact professional capable of driving outstanding business results and first-class employee development.

Your Impact

  • Development of a thriving and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our customers and with internal team members
  • To become the cultural anchor of the region
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in client and prospect meetings or engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Development of a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and training
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings
  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to nurture sales wins
  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Area Sales Management
  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results
  • Actively guiding and monitoring demand generation activities
  • Leading initiatives to drive customer awareness and engagement
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
  • Engaging at the C-level in customer organizations
  • Capable of successfully managing significant client escalations and issues
  • Develop required corporate relationships and executive engagement to support success
  • Develop relevant industry expertise, brand and network
  • To be an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spirit
  • Required skills

  • Proven experience in digital transformation / multi-product sales (Software / SaaS / Cloud)
  • In-depth market knowledge of customers within the General Business
  • A proven, successful background in sales management through 2nd-line roles
  • Familiarity with complex matrix-driven sales approaches
  • A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
  • Courageous communicator fostering an environment of growth mind-sets
  • Proven ability to create and inspire high performing teams
  • Proven experience with GTM channel and alliance selling
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
  • Excellent negotiation skills
