The Digital EB Brand Manager will be part of Eyewear Category, the Exclusive Brands team ( Company owned brands), maximizing differentiation, Comp growth profitability of the portfolio of 7 owned and operated sun and optics brands.
The team defines the product plan and strategy for every brand / supplier at a SKU level & Ensure the best in class implementation.
IMPLEMENTATION & DAY TO DAY RUN for DIGITAL AND SOCIAL
Design the brand digital activation for each EB Brand, ensure alignment with Global Digital and Social roadmap at Group level.
Manage and maintain digital websites on all live EB websites’ (content updates, new releases, tracking, etc) with global EB agency and full alignment with Global Digital Strategic Roadmap (VTO, Ecommerce, Social commerce, )
Manage the Social Media EB agency on the implementation and the run of the EB social media platforms (monthly content, paid media monitoring, reporting, content development ) check social strategy is on track versus global social media strategy .
Feed the content strategy
Manage the briefs to OPCO for global and local influencers initiatives of the yearly activation brief (guidelines, tool kit mechanics, )
Manage SMART objectives created with / by the global marketing team and generate business KPI’s to track digital marketing plan
KPI’s management : In alignment with the global marketing digital team, enable smooth and transparent tracking of KPI’s, to pull results and assess performance of all EB digital activities, and report back to top management.
Define & build with global digital marketing team EB full funnel media plan to optimize channel, traffic and conversion tactics based on brand, customer, channel and campaign strategies including activation strategies such as sexy product sampling to strategic influencers, viral campaigns to boost UCG
