Taking into account the materials provided by CyS (Atos Cybersecurity Services) Global organization, you will be responsible for developing on the one side the right positioning, levels of speech and overall content and on the other side the best solutions and offering to perfectly match Atos’ French customers’ needs.
You will work closely with the Head of Operations, CTO, Cybersecurity departments’ directors, Local Alliances Manager, Pre-Sales, Sales, and the Cybersecurity Services Global team.

Be the single point of contact for CyS France specific offers
Rationalize Cys portfolio offer according to profitability and technological trends, build and package, with CyS CTO and departments, end-to-end solutions designed to match Atos’ French customers’ specific use cases, encompassing :
products (technological products from Atos’ portfolio and from 3rd-party vendors & partners)
overall positionning and speech
As solution expert, initiate and follow relevant product roadmap evolution in line with middle-term & long-term goals set by CyS France
Optimize the business model and profitability of existing specific French offers
Work closely with and ensure effective communication with the key internal and external stakeholders to identify and drive disruptive portfolio innovation
Evangelize and communicate portfolio vision to Customers, Atos Pre-Sales and Sales, as well as partners (technological partners and channels)
Develop and implement the go-to-market plan
Identify opportunities for innovation, enhancements, and positive positioning in the market
Analyze potential technical partner relationships for new product offerings
Manage the associated offering budget
Market Insight & Support
Be the single point of contact for CyS Portfolio in France for Atos cybersecurity Global offers and Atos Cys France.
Create / update (or translate from global) all marketing collaterals and sales support tools to articulate the benefits and value proposition of our cyber security offering (sales enablement documentation, brochures, blog articles, white papers / Opinion papers, factsheets, case studies, videos, website etc..).
Develop different levels of speech, from a macro overview to detailed explanations, in order to match the audience maturity and technicity
Research and analyze market conditions
Monitor market and identify competitor information and consumer trends
Specify market requirements for current and future specific offers by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
Develop a comprehensive and aligned strategic marketing plan in collaboration with CTO, Cybersecurity departments’ directors, Local Alliances Manager and Sales director.
Perform market segmentation, targeting and positioning for CyS France strategic offers
Build and roll out focused marketing campaigns on these strategic offers
Establish governance for these activities to make all stakeholders accountable with clear KPIs and reports on effectiveness of campaigns & business impact
5 years minimum of experience in Marketing & Offering and 5 years in Cybersecurity, you have good knowledge on IT technology, portfolio and solutions and the related security risks on the french market.
You must possess a strong interest for market analysis, a big-picture vision, the sense of innovation and collaboration and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market taking also into account the vertical specificities
You are fluent in French and English with excellent spoken and written skills.
