We are looking for an HR Business Partner to joinPoints of Sales HRBP team for our France & Benelux market being the go-

to person for employees and managers within the region assigned establishing and maintaining HR partnerships, supporting, guiding and maintaining positive relationships with employees at all levels

Your main responsibilities will be :

  • Provide support to the Point of sales on staff dimensioning, defining store structure and salaries, staff recruitment (managers and sales assistants), welcome of new employees, follow up trainings.
  • Detect training needs and development areas within the teams and build up action plans and trainings according to them
  • Develop Point of sales team and promote a positive work environment (empowerment of the teams, coaching, support on store conflicts ).
  • Manage and coordinate employee relationships, compensation & benefits, health & safety.
  • Implement and follow up of People First policies in the market (internal policies such as schedules, internal promotions, appraisals, etc).
  • Schedule management and Ratios (budget hours according to turnover, productivity, absenteeism and lateness control, etc).
  • Manage staff expenses :
  • controlling monthly personnel expenses and hours budgets for each store

  • Support the stores on labor law aspects (payroll, legal aspects, contracts, etc.).
  • You're the perfect candidate if you have :

  • Ability to work autonomously, high energy, capability of working under pressure and creative mindset. With client orientation, flexibility and organization skills and team player
  • 2 years’ experience on a similar position or as HR generalist (preferable in Retail / fashion) would be an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of French social law legislation is high valued
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, both French and English. Additional languages are a plus such as Spanish.
  • Availability to travel around 80% of your time
