The Role Veeva Systems is seeking for a Director of Sales in France, to manage a high performing sales organization that delivers innovative solutions to the Life Sciences industry.

Founded in 2007, Veeva Systems is already recognized as the market leader in the Pharma CRM space and is looking to grow as the only Life Sciences partner to offer Industry Cloud solutions.

This position provides the opportunity to work with a great product, happy customers, and a high degree of autonomy. Our compensation model rewards team performance and this position reports directly to the European VP of Sales.

Your leadership will be critical in growing Veeva’s European business and expanding our footprint in top tier clients. Location is France.

What you'll Do

  • Hire and manage team of A players to create and drive business
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C level executives
  • Meet / exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Requirements

  • At least 3 years managing teams selling enterprise software
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in selling strategic solutions to business executives
  • Experience building and managing a team
  • A passion for solving people’s business problems
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • University degree
  • Located in France
  • Nice to Have

  • Strong understanding of commercial challenges in the life sciences industry.
