Missions and Responsibilities
To carry out installation, servicing, fault finding and removals of Oxygen concentrators, cylinders, Nebs, POX, and Cpap, Bipap, NIV, Suction, Heated Humidification devices in line with our Service Level Agreements / Contractual Agreements.
To work in accordance to Quality procedures To achieve targets set out by line management To executes all tasks related to Job Purpose
Competencies and Profile
Flexibility and commitment, including working to on-call rotas, emergency call-outs and overtime requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience dealing with the general public Ability to carry out physical duties such as loading and unloading vehicle (cylinders and equipment) bending and mobility around specific work tasks.
Day to day management of his / her patients within an allocated cluster Offering a professional service to approx. 300-800 patients Operate and maintain safe working practices in accordance with company and statutory requirements On Call coverage within an on call team Emergency call out rota and work allocation Completion of 8 hour emergency calls in accordance with Service Level Agreement Maintaining the reputation of Air Liquide Healthcare with Patients and stakeholders
