An EMEA Key User needs to be the go to person for all questions and issues relating to Microsoft Dynamics D365, all connected applications, and key sales and business processes.
They will act as the intermediary between the country management and sales teams they support, and the EMEA Sales Operations team.
As well as supporting users with how to questions and it’s not working issues, a Key User will need to promote user adoption, continuous improvement and change management.
Ultimately, the role drives efficiency and productivity in the sales teams through system utilisation and process improvement.
To do this a Key User will need to have (or develop) expertise in the key sales tools and a strong understanding of business processes.
The ability to present and deliver training to sales teams is essential.
