  • Be kind, humble & trustworthy.*Proactively seek out ways to grow.*Always run the extra mileYou would be joining fast Banking team, in charge of all things payment and banking related at Spendesk : a center piece of our skyrocketing Fintech.
  • Your role as the manager is to build and manage the Banking Operations team, both from a people's perspective but also in term of processes and tools.

    Main missions :

  • Building and managing our Banking operations team
  • Managing day to day operations : cards shipments (material orders, shipping, replacement...), fraud claims, transfers exceptions...
  • Monitoring operations team efficiency / response time
  • Optimizing the Banking processes and tools for best-in-class customer satisfaction and team effectiveness
  • Monitoring QoS (onboarding and KYC, card authorization level, SEPA SLA...)
  • Owning the day-to-day relationship with our banking partners
  • Requirements

  • Experience in managing banking operations teams
  • Experience with banking process optimization (time, cost and customer satisfaction) and automation
  • French and English oral and written communication
  • Hands-on manager, both good at executing and coaching
  • Passionate about solving for the customer
  • Stakeholder management
  • Open minded, not reluctant to change process
  • Experience with banking relationships management (Nice to have)
  • Experience in a fast growing Fintech (Nice to have)
