This position is responsible for supporting the Global Workplace Security Programs effort, which includes :
Workplace Security Awareness- Assist in conducting in-person training on topics related to workplace security, coordinating logistics of training courses including assigning training, booking rooms, recording participant data, scheduling dates and times, managing training in a learner management system, ensuring quality control and coordinating allocation of resources, identifying appropriate employee audiences for specific trainings, assisting with other research duties, and partnering with internal communications teams to appropriately market training.
Research- Critical thinking to perform detailed research into global workplace violence trends, active shooter trends and best preventative practices using academic resources, government resources, main stream media and social media, complete detailed reports, understand and track latest trends and best practices in workplace security trends domestically and internationally.
Writing- Responsible for regularly producing detailed written reports and presentations for partners and key stakeholders, prepare formal and informal written products on workplace security topics, provide written analysis of how trends could impact various work segments found in the enterprise.
Data Management and Analytics- Capture related metrics where possible, analyze metrics to measure training efficiency and effectiveness, maintain database of up-to-date statistics for various threats to workplaces.
Computer-Based Training- Support training curriculum and content development, managing the learning platform for all things related to workplace security programming delivered via a computer based or mobile platform.
Threat Assessment Teams- Support threat assessment and threat management programs, documenting workplace violence and threat assessment in case management systems
Qualifications Nécessaires :
3-5 years or more of experience in security / law enforcement / corporate security roles and / or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of analysis and report writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing at all levels of the Company and to speak and teach effectively in a wide range of public speaking forums
Willingness and capability to adapt to new technologies
Ability to think critically and creatively and to write concisely within a dynamic team that supports global operations
Compétences Souhaitées :
Experience in supporting training programs across business segments
Substantial analytical experience, working independently and thinking critically
Formation Requise :
Bachelor’s degree in a Security related field or a field related to the position
Master’s Degree in a Security related field or a field related to the position
