The Sr Sales representative is attached directly to the General Manager of SP DEFENSE.
In charge of technical aspects of the projects and contracts of CBRN protection) (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, he (she) works in close cooperation with the Sales Department, the Purchase Department, the Engineering and Design Department and Quality Department the manufacturing plant.
He (she) is the direct technical interlocutor of the customer since the RFP and all along the life of the equipment
He (she) is responsible of compliance regarding both costs, time, quality and performance of the project.
Principal responsibilities / Activities
vTo give advises and technical support to the customer during the definition phase of the equipment in support of the sales department,
vTo give a technical support to the sales department during the commercial meetings with the customer,
vTo draw up the technical projects,
vTo support the Purchaser in the research and choice of sub-contractors. For thatpurpose, he (she) will have wright technical specification and have technical discussion with sub-contractors on activities such as welding, ventilation and fans, electronic devices, electric wiring and command control cabinet, shock calculation
vTo realize the price quotation of the project,
vTo be in charge of the design with the support of the Engineering and design department,
vTo establish technical documentation and specifications,
vTo ensure the technical relation with the customer throughout the project, in collaboration with the sales department
vTo ensure the technical follow-up of the project, including the relationships with the suppliers, the planning and the qualification,
vTo coordinate the actions relating to the after-sales and training of the users.
vTo manage the technical aspects of a business from beginning to end,
vTo hold the Director General of SP DEFENSE and commercial the concerned good informed on the businesses in progress,
vTo take care of the good course of the business (quality, cost, planning, performances),
vTo develop industrialization of new products optimized and within the necessary times.
