The Inside Sales Capability Center ( ISCC ) Commercial Operations Analyst is a key player on the team responsible for driving the expansion and enablement of Inside Sales and Customer Success capabilities across Iron Mountain’s sales teams around the world.

This analyst role is an opportunity to play a critical part within a new global team. You will develop relationships with ISCC leadership and Sales teams across markets, collaborating with them to implement or improve their Inside Sales and Customer Success capabilities.

What you will do

Work with the Global ISCC Director to compile sales best practices into repeatable playbook content, including role definitions, hiring guidelines, onboarding programming, sales information & reporting systems, engagement model, and other key resources

Support the ISCC Enablement Manager to develop, enhance, and maintain training and onboarding content for Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Lead Gen (SDR) roles.

This includes supporting the planning & content creation for new and experienced desk-based reps training programs

Monitor, track, and report standard KPIs across all global desk-based sales teams

Monitor, track, and report feedback on desk-based sales training effectiveness

Identify performance improvement opportunities and work with local markets to improve desk-based sales team performance, adhere to IRM desk-based sales standards, and achieve performance targets

Support the Global ISCC Director and local markets on ad hoc tasks as needed

What you will bring to the role

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience (3+ years) in customer-facing roles in inside sales or sales operations with a demonstrated knowledge of best practices and methodologies in these areas

Experience generating impactful business insights from complex datasets

Experience supporting change management initiatives with established approaches

Experience within Iron Mountain (preferred) or similar industry

Strong written and oral communication skills

Collaborative team mindset while being self-motivated and driven to complete tasks and objectives with minimal direction

The ability to influence stakeholders and motivate others to action

Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Inside Sales processes and systems

High-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness and strong organizational and management skills

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills

Fluency in data analytics, including Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, and Salesforce
