To help drive this scale, we are building out our first Talent Attraction team in Europe. Talent Attraction is responsible for strategically partnering with the business to attract and hire top talent, developing a compelling end-to-end candidate experience, and driving Veeva’s employer brand.

We are hiring for an energetic, confident, and highly organized Talent Operations Analyst to help us streamline our candidate experience and talent pipeline as we grow at speed and scale within Europe and the UK.

In addition, you will support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to help engage candidates. You think like a marketer and will help Veeva make smarter, more data-driven decisions around how to attract the right talent.

What You'll Do

  • Work with the Talent Attraction team to drive an exceptional candidate experience, including coordination of key interviews across multiple teams and locations
  • Lead analytics and reporting by ensuring data integrity across the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Generate candidate experience insights and recommendations through voice of the customer data to help drive results and continuous improvements
  • Become the superuser of all talent attraction tools (e.g., ATS, job board / platforms) and provide training support when needed
  • Support employer branding and attraction activities, specifically with post event and campaign analyses
  • Execute special projects related to Talent Attraction, such as hiring manager training
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or recruiting operations / marketing (in-house or agency)
  • Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo) with expert proficiency in Excel
  • Structured problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
  • Dynamic communication style with the ability to collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders, including strong writing skills with high attention to detail
  • A can-do mentality to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
  • Ability to prioritize and focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, other languages (German or French) a plus
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience with Lever or similar Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools
