What you’ll be doing
After the product implementation phase carried out by our project managers, you become the point of contact for a portfolio of French customers.
You are the referent at Relex for your customers. Knowing their requirements and how their processes are implemented in the software, you are the most suitable person to advise them for continuous process optimization and when initiating follow-
up projects. You meet regularly your customers to review their success and you measure it through KPIs You are the central interface between the customer and the internal account and product management teams.
You take the lead on setting up new needs at your customers supported by our Technical & Business Consultants
