An ITWP company, we employ 1,400 people in 24 offices across six continents.Due to the rapid growth of the business we are seeking enthusiastic, intelligent and motivated candidate to develop a sales career as an Account Executive’ supporting outbound sales personnel in the Dubai office.
The role is to support sales staff by managing multiple online assignments for marketing research and consulting clients by establishing a relationship with them and becoming an expert in understanding their research needs.
Pricing, feasibility and digital product knowledge will be at the core of the Account Executive function.Responsibilities : Supporting bidding process assessing projects feasibility and Toluna pricing tool.
Work across sales managers providing sales support.Provide smooth transition to Client Services on project sold.Educational potential clients about Toluna agile research solutionsKeeping a pulse of the progress of projects and follow up with clients in an effort to develop ongoing relationship and repeat business Time Management : (50%) transform RfQ in successful bids using our feasibility and pricing tool and leverage on internal knowledge on CAWI project and more in general agile research.
30%) digital pre-sales. F2f and online demonstration of Toluna digital platform to increase usage and repeat business.(20%) lead sourcing and booking meeting for other business development managers.
Required skill set : Bachelor’s degree.Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business support / account manager role (telesales or sales support role).
English speaker, with an excellent level of English required.Experience in market research : having worked for a market research agency will be a strong point of differentiation for the candidate.
Demonstrated strong analytical / problem solving, organizational skills, able to work in a pressured environment.Proven ability of working in a team.
Effective communications skills oral, written and presentation.Exhibits resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity and versatility.
Strong interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solid credibility with clients, vendors and across functions teams (locally and globally).
Target oriented.Desire to succeed in a sales environment.Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks / projects, respond to diverse workloads / schedules and achieve quality results.
