Working at the Tournus factory (250 employees), you will manage internal communications at the site and be involved in recruiting employees on apprenticeship schemes.
Working alongside the Human Resources Manager, you will support the GPEC (Enterprise and Resource Planning) policy and contribute towards developing employee training, which is adapted to employee requirements, in conformance with the Group's skills development policy.
You will provide genuine operational support for employees, make a more specific contribution to current HR projects and carry out administrative tasks within the department.
You have completed a 4-year higher education course insocial sciences, business studies or similar and you would like to gain somesignificant experience in the development of Human Resources at an industrialsite that is part of an international group.
Within this context, you would like to study for aMasters in Human Resources with a work placement at our site.
You are dynamic with excellent interpersonal skillsand you know how to adapt depending on the people you are dealing with, argueyour case and convince others.
Disciplined and organised, you show a good sense ofanalysis, summary and discernment.
