Healthcare division of bioMérieux Industrial Microbiology Unit is currently looking for a senior marketing professional to lead the strategic value-

based positioning , integration and execution of bioMérieux Healthcare Environmental Monitoring offer. This includes different products (instrument, plates, hardware, software ) and services (support, validation, training, implementation ) that needs to be packaged in a flexible offer according to customer needs.

Reporting to the Healthcare Global Marketing Director, the Environmental Monitoring Solution manager will be supported by two marketing solution managers, specialists of culture media.

Main activities :

  • Collect data and insights on environmental monitoring practices and trends through Strategic and Key Account managers network, beta sites follow up, customer visits, congresses, Key Opinion Leaders and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
  • Formalize business and marketing objectives. Evaluate potential for customer growth (acquire or retain), define category by benefit / need, state and formulate the strategic focus.
  • Identify customers segments that fit strategic focus, select a targeted audience and build and formulate a value proposition.

  • Integrate the project team, follow up development steps and contribute to decision making process. Adapt and review the business plan on a regular basis.
  • Take active part in defining with the project team integration and implementation phases of the solution.

  • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials which demonstrate the value of the solution attributes (automation, digitalization, data integrity ).
  • In close collaboration with Strategic and Key Account team, define a sales model for the whole solution integrating plates, hardware, software and associated services and a pricing to capture value.
  • Build a communication plan leveraging Account Based Marketing
  • Build the go to market strategy and prepare launch material.
  • Qualifications

    Experience and knowledge :

    Marketing track record : Successful launch of a complex solution which impacts existing operational workflow and requires cross functional involvement in a project management mode.

    Pharma and biopharma manufacturing market knowledge.
