To ensure our partners are in the best place to position and sell Tableau, is it crucial they are properly enabled. As the Partner Product Enablement Manager, you are responsible for empowering our partner community by creating and delivering engaging and scalable product training.
You will own and deliver existing product training programmes. In addition, you will work closely with our partner teams to uncover additional technical skill and knowledge gaps at our partners and build new training programmes to bridge those gaps.
You will focus on upskilling the sales and consultant roles at our partners with the ultimate goal of making them self sufficient on a technical level in their role as Tableau partner.
You will have strong technical experience, ideally in the BI space and are passionate about learning new technologies and enabling people.
Experience with working with a partner ecosystem is a plus. In addition to enabling our partners, you will be a vital part of our EMEA Enablement team and will also spend a small part of your time supporting our internal enablement programmes, such as internal kick-offs.
What you’ll be doing : Deliver engaging and effective face-to-face and virtual product training sessions Identify and assess technical needs and requirements in our EMEA partner community Design, build and program manage new scalable technical training programs Develop materials to reinforce learnings Work closely with your sales messaging counterpart to ensure a cohesive learning experience Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business to do a needs analysis, drive alignment, create an annual training plan and report back on training results, e.
g. with Partner Managers, Partner Leadership, Partner SE team, Customer Success Come up with creative and innovative new ways to train our partners and to ensure knowledge retention Coordinate with the global partner enablement team to support execution and implementation of global initiatives Support our internal enablement programmes when needed (e.
g. internal kick-offs) Build dashboards to report to our stakeholders on the results of all of the training programs of the enablement team Who you are : Experienced : 2-3 years experience in a technical role, ideally Business Intelligence An engaging presenter : you have experience presenting for large groups and know how to keep them engaged Innovative : you can come up with new ways to upskill our partners effectively A team player : you are a strong team player and have experience with cross-functional collaboration An Initiator : you don’t wait around but pro-actively spot opportunities and initiatives A problem-solver : you are resourceful and know how to find solutions Someone that can simply explain complicated concepts : you can take a complex concept and make it easy for others to understand Passionate about developing others : while you may not have formal enablement experience, you love helping others to learn new skills and concepts Exceptionally organised : you have a structured way of working and can create and keep deadlines Technically capable : you have experience with architecture, security, networks, APIs and scripting highly preferred Technically curious : you do not shy away from opportunities to get into technology and you can learn it quickly Courageous and confident : you are not afraid to challenge the status quo An excellent communicator : you know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
You can adapt to a variety of audiences, different knowledge levels, and various languages. Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
