Within the ERM you will join the teammainly focusing on :
Themonitoring of regulatory developments at the local (ACPR), European (EIOPA) andInternational (IAIS / FSB) levels.
Regulatorydevelopments include :
SolvencyII revision (Directive and Delegated Acts and other transposition in the Frenchlaw)
Developmentof the International Capital Standards (ICS)
InsuranceCore Principles (ICPs) and the Common Framework (ComFrame)
Recoveryand Resolution planning
Developmentof the Basel Committee Banking Supervision framework or other financialservices when relevant.
Participatingto initiatives or working groups within the context of the above listedregulatory developments from various insurance trade bodies :
National : Fédération Française des Assurances (FFA)
European : InsuranceEurope (IE)
International : International Institute of Finance (IIF), Geneva Association (GA), GlobalFederation of Insurance Associations (GFIA)
Or otherforums such as the CRO Forum.
Draftingor reviewing technical papers with recommendations on specific aspects ofregulatory developments with an outreach effort towards translating fairlycomplex or technical matters into simple language.
Updatingand coordinating the validation of part of the regulatory documentation ownedby GRM :
the Group Pre-EmptiveRecovery Plan (Plan Préventif de Rétablissement) which is from 2019 a mandatorydocument to be filed with ACPR, acting as the Lead Supervisor on behalf of theCrisis Management Group.
Sectionsof the Group ORSA report dedicated to systemic risk (formerly the LiquidityRisk Management Plan and the Systemic Risk Management Plan).
Youwill also contribute to any relevant efforts related to the governance of theGroup internal model or compliance with Solvency II requirements, incoordination with the rest of the GRM and other teams.
For these missions to be carried outproperly, a tight cooperation is necessary with :
other GIE departments fromFinance (Group Corporate Finance and Treasury, GroupReporting and Consolidation)
Local teams from operationalentities
French or foreigninsurance peers.
