Job Summary :
As the 5th largest hotel cluster in France, our 7 theme hotels fully contribute to our Visitors' experience throughout their stay at Disneyland® Paris.
From 2* to 5* categories, all services are present : luggage storage, reception, room service, catering, swimming pools.
Anticipating and personalizing customer expectations, being attentive to details, everything is done to guarantee the satisfaction of our visitors : service excellence is our watchword.
Responsibilities : Your missions?
Under the responsibility of the Sport and Leisure Manager of one of our Disney hotels, you will take part in the team's activities, be the daily link with the various operational and support staff and guarantee the optimisation of the results of the activity and the quality of service that Disneyland Paris has decided to offer its customers while respecting the Four Keys : Safety, Courtesy, Show and Efficiency. You will have to :
Supervise a team : organize, distribute, follow up and control the team's work through a field presence and permanent dialogue.
Instill, in close collaboration with your manager, a daily motivation to the employees.
Ensure the training and development of the team members and transmit their technical and behavioural know-how.
Handle the department's daily operations (administrative and operational) and adapt them to meet customer expectations by taking the necessary decisions in the manager's absence.
Alert in real time of performance gaps with regard to the productivity objectives previously defined with the relevant departments (Finance, OLM, Quality, etc.).
Participate in the projects of his sector of activity.
Take the necessary corrective actions to guarantee the quality of the service / product and customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Respecting and ensuring compliance with procedures and quality standards (speed, reception service and quality of information, etc.
as well as health and safety rules.
The profile to carry out these missions?
You have a recently validated and maintained BNSSA.
You have a similar and significant experience of one year in management.
You have one year's experience in leadership.
You are very dynamic, smiling and have good communication skills,
Structured and organized, you know how to manage and federate a team on a daily basis with exemplary efficiency,
You are fluent in French (C1) and have an intermediate level in English (B1),
You are aware of the need for flexible working hours, i.e. working during the week and at weekends, with an hourly range between 7am and 2am.
