Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Design to work on digital / social campaigns and content for one of our most prominent brands.

You will create design concepts and ideas for social media channels (topicals) and master designs for digital campaigns spanning innovative content.

Role & Responsibilities

Play an integral role in supporting our team with the conceptual and visual execution of campaigns and digital media for an iconic international brand.

Create social format proposals, sketches, mockups, and illustrations to execute our social and digital campaigns.

Keep up with the image research : sourcing the best visuals to achieve the strongest composition for each campaign and deliverable.

Put together eye-catching, clear, and brand-specific decks for client presentations on Keynote and Google Slides.

Ensure that the designs and concepts created are in line with the campaign’s objectives, brand guidelines, media specs and client briefs.

Own smaller social projects or a small part of bigger projects and make sure that all tasks are completed with an excellent outcome.

Goal of the position

You’re the main point of contact for the Jr. & Mid-level designers if it comes to social projects.

You’ll support and direct our small topical team to get the best outcome possible, where you will advise our creatives to get the artworks to the next level.

You know what's the most popular filter on TikTok and consume social media content like a Gen-Z native. You are also not afraid to try something new.

You're the one who can make great designs happen in each and every single way possible.

You’ll make sure the projects are correctly built in the Adobe Suite and are aligned within the brand.

You will be in contact with our multidisciplinary team on the daily basis.

With the Creative Director, you have bi-weekly meetings to update on higher-level decisions. You will report to the Creative Director of your team.


You have a clear understanding of social media and the formats on different channels.

You can come up with good ideas under high-pressure and short deadlines.

You know how to oversee and execute a large number of assets.

You know everything about social / digital design trends.

You’re an expert in Photoshop, Keynote, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, and After Effects; You can also work with animation and 3D particles in Spark AR Studio.

Managing qualities with an eye for social content.

Excellent communication skills. For this position, we’re looking for a creative person with experience in an international, English-speaking environment.

Additional Information

When are you ready for a next step?

In order to take the next step towards Senior Creative you should have at least 5 years of experience within an agency, preferably in a creative role.

Next to that, you need to be able to create effective and award-winning ideas for (A and B-level) clients and present those ideas to Brand Managers.

You also need to develop yourself in being a sparring partner for clients, leading bigger creative teams and being strategically strong.
