  • Enter and manage requests linked to instrumentation into the service management’s software
  • Manage service requests from quotation to delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Manage invoicing, issue of credit notes and return of goods
  • Enter and manage requests linked to preventive maintenance into the service management’s software
  • Field Engineer dispatch
  • Identify, develop and implement improvements to support processes and procedures
  • Adhere to Quality Management System procedures and team objectives
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by the Europe Technical Service Coordinator Manager

    Education or Experience (in years) :

  • High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and skills :

  • Fluent English (written and oral) is required (additional languages would be an advantage French, Italian, German, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish)
  • trade rules knowledge (incoterm, custom )
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to positively cope with change
  • Knowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office)
  • Familiar with SAP (or similar ERP System)
  • Able to follow complex procedures and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works independently in a structured manner with the ability to prioritize critical tasks
  • Builds collaborative work relationships with different teams
  • Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
