Job Purpose : The Sales Intern, Account Development Representative will nurture and qualify leads, identify key decision-
makers, identify business issues and work collaboratively with Limelight’s Sales and Marketing teams on pipeline building activities.
The Sales Intern, will contribute to the success of our local Sales Organization in creating new selling opportunities with prospective customer accounts by positioning Limelight's full suite of solutions in the Content Delivery, Online Video Platform, Cloud Storage and Security space. Essential Functions :
Generate new business opportunities through warm generated marketing leads, prospecting, live chat and in-bound call functions.
Collaborate with Limelight’s local Sales team (Business Development Executive and Sales manager) on identifying qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate and detailed lead, contact, account and sales activity metrics within Limelight’s Salesforce automation system.
Communicate effectively with Marketing to continually improve lead generation activities
Conduct Market research for selected industries and territories as per EMEA Sales Strategy plan
Present summary of work at conclusion of Internship
Experience and Education (minimums)
Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
