Your role :
As the manager of the Business Excellence team you are responsible for defining, analyzing and implementing the processes to reach the objectives of the organization.
You proactively suggest improvements to make and actively contribute to the strategy of the department.
You structure, develop and pilot best practices. You lead the Business Excellence team (3 people) as well as the manager assistant (apprentice).
You set up and communicate the priorities, drive the change and embody the values of our group.
You collect the training needs of the customer service for the Lead to Cash activities. You define, develop and implement the trainings for the team.
You deliver some trainings yourself and coordinate the writing of the SOP and the training documents as the administrator of our Corporate Training system.
You coordinate the onboarding of the new comers in collaboration with the manager. You coordinate the activity of the ERP Key Users.
You are based in Molsheim (Strasbourg area) or potentially in Darmstadt (Frankfurt area)
