About us

The Corporate Security Business Partners organization is partnering with the business functions in effectively addressing security and supporting the business strategy.

Within this corporate organization, the Industrial Security Business Partners department focuses on the following industrial domains :

Manufacturing, Logistics, and Facility Management industrial assets,

Procurement.

Your mission, should you accept it

Establish and nurture a strong partnership with the business functions to facilitate the security risk management / response (vulnerabilities, non-conformities), to ensure that security capabilities delivered by the Corporate Security organization are aligned to current business needs and adapted to the future, and to support in management of security events.

Additionally, this privileged relationship also allows you to ensure that the core functions expectations are considered within the Corporate security strategy and deliverables to protect Airbus business.

Within the industrial domains, your mission consists in :

Supporting main security projects / programmes, and supporting the Security by Design deployment in projects at all levels,

Managing & driving the Security Performance : Security Maturity Assessment and remediation actions follow-up,

Operationally managing & coordinating the security community, involving the related Security Business Partners in functions and focus groups,

Managing & Coordinating the Divisions & Affiliates security community, supporting divisions and affiliates, and providing consolidation and monitoring at corporate level.

Your mission will involve some travels for business (Europe / Worldwide, 1 per month on average) and, as such, you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your assets

You’re educated to an Engineering, Business Management, IT or equivalent degree, with a solid a background in Industrial / Supply Chain operations, and knowledge of Security, Data Protection, and Risk & Opportunity Management.

Being familiar with one or more of the project methodologies (e.g. PM Toolkit, GPP, Scrum, SAFe ) will be a strong asset for the success of this mission.

You’re a team player, customer focused, proactive and self-organized and you’re able to work in a multi-functional team and to manage complexity.

Your excellent interpersonal skills as well as written / verbal communication and presentation skills are supportive assets, as much as your sense of curiosity and desire to learn for oneself and the others.

Your advanced level in English is a must, and your knowledge of other languages is much appreciated.
