We are currently looking for an International General Accountant to support our growth.
Your main missions are :
Recurring - daily
Be part of the Purchase process (Order to Cash) by Checking & submitting for approval Vendor invoices in our OCR tool that automates the invoices booking into our ERP
Check & Approve Expense reports in our tool (syncronized with our ERP)
Prepare all payments to vendors or employees
Be responsible for bank, cash & treasury postings & reconciliations
Be the main contact for vendors or employees
Investigate Debtors Vendors
Closing - Monthly
Calculate & post Month End Closing entries (payroll, D&A )
Complete regular Balance sheet reviews, justify BS accounts, whilst improving processes
Reconcile & Match all kind of accounts (general, A / P, ICO )
Other projects
Follow some KPI as cash-flow or assets
Helping in preparing tax returns
Helping in purchases reporting production
Garantee internal processes
Be part of new tools implementation team
Profile
From 3 years experience
From BAC+2
IT knowledge (such as Excel)
English fluent (written & oral)
Japanese fluent (written & oral)
Rigorous, good relationship, team spirit
Organized, know how to prioritize
Comfortable with accounting principles & like figures
Start : asap
Contract : Permanent part-time between 1&2 days / week 7-16h (but please apply if you are also looking for a full time )
