As an intern / apprentice, you will contribute to :
recruit top talents (experienced, new grads, interns, apprentices) by supporting operational / administrative daily activities (needs analysis, sourcing, screening, etc.
organizing and / or participating in job fairs and strategic talent attraction & acquisition projects,
develop and maintain the training curriculum and training catalogue by analyzing and updating them,
support talent management and development initiatives by focusing on employee’s performance and development plan thanks to recurrent reports, needs analysis, action plan definition, benchmark and presentation,
manage a portfolio of international assignees to / from Nice, including the analysis of social security of the files, the management of the mobility procedure regarding immigration, the compliancy regarding taxes, meeting with employees (outbound, inbound, repatriation),
perform cost calculation and work on policies regarding compensation & benefits topics : international mobility, salary offers, equity plans, etc.
As our ideal candidate,
you are pursuing Bachelor / Master Degree studies in Human Resources Management, Business or Law,
you have a good level of proficiency in English (oral and written),
you have studied / experimented Human Resources Management,
you have already heard about or worked with SharePoint or other collaborative platforms,
you have already heard about or worked with SAP or SuccessFactors,
you have a good knowledge of Excel to perform data analysis,
you are known for your dynamism and confidentiality awareness,
you have interpersonal and communication skills allowing you to evolve in a multicultural team,
you have the willingness to learn, share your ideas, and improve yourself every day.
