Our Interior Systems Business Group is looking for an Operations Quality Director (M / F) to be based at Méru .

The BG (Business Group) Operations Quality Director is in charge of the quality management within the Operations perimenter.

He / she represents the Customer Quality from SOP to delivery to customer.

Main responsibilities & results :

Themain missions are :

  • Support the building of business group industrialquality objectives;
  • Lead improvement plans based on structured analysis ofresults and performance variability issues (product / process changes / transfer, );
  • Develop and promote best practices, standards , methodsand tools;
  • Have the authority to request corrective actions tomeet targets in the Divisions (customer and internal);
  • Ensure, by audit, that adequate quality standards &tools are applied and efficient and guarantee the convergence plan deploymentwhen gaps;
  • Ensure the Quality organization, define staff anddevelop the industrial quality organization, supporting the Divisions;
  • Participate to strong development of industrial qualitynetwork including deep succession planning;
  • Consolidate quality reporting related to qualityoperation within the perimeter;
  • Have the authority to stop production and inform topmanagement;
  • Ensure compliance with requirements of Faurecia Excellence System, consideringcustomer, BG and Group guidelines.
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have / be :

    Professional experience & education

  • Master's degree in engineering, production or quality;
  • A minimum of 10 years professional quality experienceincluding customer relationship management;
  • Previous experience as Division Quality or PlantManager;
  • Experience of leading complex problem solvinginitiatives;
  • Experience in automotive industry;
  • Technical skills :

  • High level quality foundation (capability study, SPC, problem solving methodology, Control Plan etc.);
  • Excellent analytical and proven problem solving skills;
  • ISO / TS / IATF certification;
  • Fluent in English. Second language is well appreciated(French, Spanish, German).
  • Leardership skills, including :

  • Coaches and provides advice to management team;
  • Ability to develop quality mindset within teams in hisperimeter.
