Based in Milan or at the heart of our HQ in St Jean de Moirans, in an international context we are looking for a Digital Operation Manager M / W.

The Role :

The digital operations manager will be accountable for the overall maintenance and enhancements of DtC processes, ensuring the omnichannel clients’ experience is in line with market standards.

Responsible for all processes and tools related to services and channel interactions, work with internal departments to ideate, develop, design new consumer oriented omnichannel programs and ensure all services are connected and consistent across touchpoints to improve consumer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the digital product team with product requirement analysis, roadmap development, implementation, maintenance and evolution of new tools and projects.
  • Ensure all stakeholders have the latest information about omnichannel technology projects and organize staff tech training programs.
  • Maintain a global perspective on consumer experience and technology trends that can be applicable to our brand, enhance experience and integrate these into plans to maximize effectiveness.
  • Manage A / B test program.
  • Support the team in the integration analysis and operational implementation of new marketplaces.
  • Liaise with internal (IT, Accounting, Finance, Logistic, Customer care) and externals providers for the technical realization of projects and the optimization of the operational processes.
  • Take part and facilitate the communication between all parties.

  • Oversee and continuously improve the Ecommerce fulfilment operations - through the entire supply chain (from the website to the end customer), ensuring SLA’s are set and adhered to for own eCommerce, digital marketplace and omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Align with finance, accounting and IT teams to ensure efficient payment and ERP processes are in place and fix potential errors.
  • Liaising with Customer satisfaction manager to identify friction points and related action plan across the consumer journey through data analysis and stakeholders’ feedback.
  • Support to monitor order synchronization between platforms (ecomm, ERP, OMS, WMS )
  • Educational / Position Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, digital innovation, omnichannel and eCommerce operations related areas.
  • All around experience and understanding of omnichannel systems and processes.
  • Experience with Magento, Salesforce and retail POS such as Cegid.
  • Experience with PSP and external checkout solutions (Global-e, Eshopworld or similar)
  • Ability to build long-term relationships & communicate with a wide range internal and external parties, either with business or technical background.
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Strong planning, scheduling and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with technical and business teams for requirements gathering.
  • Exposure to working within a business trading across multiple countries.
  • Essential Skills

  • Self-motivated, flexible, able to handle large volumes of work independently.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Good judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, other European languages are a plus.
