Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support category manager to drive self-catering product category sales on lastminute.fr website, through market-leading product / content optimization and promotion in all marketing channels.

You will focus on content and sales analysis, merchandising effectiveness and improving product offering on our website.

You will also participate and coordinate the special projects and their launch with our external platform providers (Orchestra) in order to enhance the user journey experience.

Category management

  • Drive selfcat sales on lastminute.fr website, through onsite merchandising, SEO, affiliates, CRM and digital acquisition channels.
  • Working closely with marketing team to co-ordinate efforts.

  • Act as key contact with our white label partner for selfcat
  • Coordinate the sales calendar for promotional activities, providing visibility to wider teams and key stakeholders and agree necessary support for all the planned activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and highlight any content and pricing gaps / opportunities.
  • Project management

  • Supervise special projects and make sure that they run smoothly
  • Convey internal needs and the bill of specifications until the final approval of deliverables
  • Relay potential issues on our website and its mobile version to our provider in order optimize the use of our interfaces
  • Qualifications

  • Master's degree, preferably acquired in a Business School or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formula, IF, Vlookup ) and Microsoft Office suite
  • Google analytics is a plus
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines with can do attitude
  • Strong organisational and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and problem solver
  • Attention to detail, proactive and team player
  • Fluent in English and French
