Job Requirements :

  • Must have at least three (3) years of high volume bartending experience, and ideally one (1) year of restaurant management / leadership experience
  • Our managers will have outstanding leadership skills, are guest-focused and ideally proficient in both front and back of the house operations
  • Continually monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the drinks and service
  • Assumes 100% responsibility for our guests’ experience
  • Demonstrate high ethical standards at all times
  • Support and implement Dante’s local and company-wide marketing programs
  • Complete and develop opening and closing checklists
  • Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Health Codes, and Sanitation policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the bar operates efficiently and effectively within the Company’s fiscal and operational guidelines
  • Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Assist in the creation of bar rules, regulations, policies, and procedure
  • Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
  • Be knowledgeable of policies regarding personnel and administer prompt, fair and consistent corrective action for any and all violations of company policies, rules, and procedures
  • Responsible for bar P&L performance, including food and labor costs
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Clear communication skills are key in this role, as well as ability to adapt / react quickly as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Must be 21 years of age
