As the Senior Manager, Sales Excellence Europe you will
Partner with European Senior Leadership, XPO Sales leaders, Sales Ops team, and HR team members to drive impactful learning and development projects, capability & performance into the XPOE Sales organization.
be able to champion and drive process improvement projects and challenge the business to eliminate duplicative process and waste in the sales and sales support functions
Assess the developmental needs of the sales teams and provide recommendations, training designs, and plans to drive impact sales effectiveness.
Select and manage programming and vendors to drive overall Sales Culture and Reinforcement through Europe
Create and curate content from various business partners to ensure consistency with Global Sales Process and associated tools.
Create, facilitate and evaluate sales-related development events and programs including role play exercises, sales meetings, training events, coaching calls, etc.
What you need to succeed at XPO :
At a minimum, youll need exposure working with Sales / Sales Effectiveness, including Process and organisational design
Bchelors degree with emphasis on Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain Management.
Demonstrated experience in sales / sales excellence, methodology or sales-related role(s) is required for this role.
This role can be based in France (Paris) or UK
